$20 for two large ice creams with nothing added on. They were like 2 medium sized dairy queen blizzards and should have been $10 at best. The ice cream was mid (nothing special).

I placed an order on Friday through cold Stone creamery and I even programmed it because I had to click later and then click the time in the date for yesterday at 4:20. I walk in there and I say I have an order for My name and she says what is it and I said it’s a cake and she said oh and then she grabs her receipt looks at me and says that was yesterday I said I ordered it yesterday but it was for today. She makes a phone call and she’s calls whoever she’s talking to she says something along the lines of it happened again same Thing it was yesterday, but she wanted it today and then she hanged up the phone. She says I’m sorry. We had the cake yesterday. I said you don’t have the cake now she said no you can have that cake and turned around and pointed at the cookies and cream cake in her case. I said I don’t want that cake. Can I have a refund and she said I can’t refund you you have to call the website. Have a good day. This was for my 30th birthday And I don’t have anything to celebrate with my family

Wanted to try a sample of the new lemon cake batter ice cream but they said they can’t give a sample but I could pay for a sample. I went ahead and just bought a small one instead of paying for a sample. Sadly the flavor was not good, I wish they still provided free samples since I would have know I didn’t like it before buying. Edit for in response to the owner: the primary problem you ignored in your response was that you required paying for a sample. When questioned about that the employees were adamant that the policy is to charge for samples. I was very surprised and they were apologetic about it. It is a very bad policy you should change it.

They have lots of options to chose from but the reason I'm leaving a 5 start review is because they're conscious of people with food allergies! My toddler has a peanut allergy and when I informed the employee she went to the back and got my son's ice cream from an unopened container to ensure no contamination occurred. It's hard to find places we feel comfortable getting treats from with my toddlers allergy.
